What To Expect – Our 10 Step Process

You’re already there, because you have found our website. Complete our bid request form, and we will contact you to confirm an appointment time.
Step 6
Once you have reviewed the budgets, your will contact us to let us know you are ready to move forward.
Step 2
Meet Tim Weber to review your project in your home. He will take measurements of the existing floor plan, review the changes you want to make, explain budget expectations, and provide information regarding our design process.
Step 7
Home Perfect will provide you with a final contract and our designer will price out all final selections for firm cost. You will make payments to us and you will pay for your selected materials directly to the vendors.
Step 3
Meet the designers. We will forward a floor plan to our design team accordingly, and you will set up and appointment to begin the selection process of fixtured that you will purchase directly through those vendors. This is a big saving for you.
Step 8
The materials are on order and Home Perfect has commmited to complete the project based on estimated delivery dates. Typical lead time can be 6-12 weeks so contractacting early is encouraged.
Step 4
The designers will put your project together and provide your with a material cost list.
Step 9
Home Perfect will coordinate a start date based on material delivery dates, our existing schedule, and your availability to have contractors in the home.
Step 5
Home Perfect receives your selections from vendors or your personal shopping and we confirm the details to provide you with our firm pricing.
Step 10
The start date arrives. Our team’s schedule in 7:30-4:00 M-F. We are ready to make your vision reality.
